Texting Policy

Please confirm your interest in receiving confirmation and reminder text messages, as well as the ability to reach out to us via text for any questions or concerns. To opt-in for texting, simply ask your groomer to opt-in during your visit to The Dapper Dog or over the phone. We look forward to staying connected with you!

If you would like to opt-out of texting, at any time you can reply to a message with STOP or CANCEL, and you will be put on a list to no longer receive texts. You may also ask your groomer at any time to opt-out of texting over the phone or during a visit to The Dapper Dog.

Cancellation/Late Policy

IF YOU ARE LATE FOR:

DROP-OFF : Clients are given exactly 15 minutes of leeway when dropping off for their scheduled appointment. If your groomer is able and agrees to take your pet past the 15 minute mark, a late drop-off fee of $15 will be added to the total of services.

 

PICK-UP : All pick-ups must be completed within 30 minutes of receiving a pick-up call or text. A late pick- up fee of $15 per every 15 minutes will be added to the total of services.

 

IF YOU NEED TO CANCEL YOUR APPOINTMENT:

All cancellations must be done more than 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time. All cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment will be subject to a fee of 50% of the missed service at their next scheduled appointment.

 

IF YOU NO CALL/NO SHOW:

​

The Dapper Dog has a three-strike policy.

1ST strike : A no-show fee of 50% of the missed service will need to be paid prior to scheduling another appointment.  

2nd strike : A no-show fee of 50% of the missed service will need to be paid prior to scheduling another appointment. The next appointment will need to be paid for at the time of scheduling.

3rd strike : Services will no longer be able to be provided.
